Metta Wellbeing was founded to translate the science of wellbeing, organisational science, and mindfulness into practical strategies for growth.
Led by Pia Vassallo; a Positive Psychology coach, wellbeing consultant, and current Master's candidate in Applied Positive Psychology, Organisational Psychology, and Leadership, we help individuals and organisations transform evidence into sustainable, measurable change.
